Our luxurious air conditioned villa is beautifully furnished and maintained and will provide the perfect place for your Florida vacation. Located on the elegant Four Corners development off highway 27 you are only 15 minutes from Disney, with all of Orlando’s attractions within easy reach. The area has an abundance of top class golf courses, restaurants and shops. The private pool is a great place to relax and unwind after a day at the parks.
Lounge
The large open plan lounge has lofted ceilings and is beautifully furnished, including 2 sofas (1 a queen sofa bed) a TV, DVD and Hi Fi with a selection of DVDs, CDs, books and board games.
Dining room
The separate dining area is excellent for family dining and has doors out to the pool deck.
Bedrooms
The luxurious master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV, radio alarm clock, high-speed internet connection, a spacious walk in closet and beautiful ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have twin beds, cable TVs, radio alarm clocks and spacious built in closets. They are situated close to the main bathroom.
Bathrooms
The main bathroom situated close to bedrooms 2 and 3 has a bath with a shower over it. The fabulous en-suite bathroom has a separate bath and shower cubicle.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.
Utility Room
The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Games Room
The games room has a pool table and a table tennis table. It also has remote control wall mounted fans.
Pool
The larger than average pool has optional heating and is south facing. The area is fully screened to keep out insects. The pool has a lovely open aspect to the rear of the house and comfortable furniture is provided. There is also a safety fence.
